Before we walk away, your team gets the full picture: the design decisions and why we made them, the operational runbooks, the dependency graph, the failure modes, the upgrade path. We do this through structured knowledge transfer sessions, paired work, and living documentation — not a PDF dropped at the end of the project.

The goal is independence. When something needs to change six months later — a new data source, a security patch, a cost optimization, a new business requirement — your team should be able to handle it on its own. We're there if you need us, but you should never need us by default.
